In 2014 and 2015, volunteers from the Dallas Salesforce Developer User Group helped nonprofits move their business processes into Salesforce during the Dallas GiveCamp weekends.
These organizations had qualified for Salesforce’s nonprofit program, which gave them access to Salesforce for free via 10 Salesforce Enterprise licenses and the Nonprofit Starter Pack, which customizes Salesforce into a solution expressly designed for the needs of nonprofits.
We found the experience of helping nonprofits leverage Salesforce to be very rewarding and decided to expand our program so we could assist even more nonprofits. This meant leaving Dallas GiveCamp and striking out on our own.
The result is Dallas GiveForce, a Salesforce-only initiative to help qualified nonprofits take full advantage of Salesforce’s nonprofit program.
We’ll be accepting applications soon for our first nonprofit to help. The application will be available for download from this website.
